? ?ABM膠原蛋白,讓細胞突破空間局限

傳統細胞培養方式主要是讓細胞生長在玻璃或塑料平面上,細胞只能沿二維平面延伸,這種培養方式稱為2D培養。由于某些原代細胞如神經細胞以及干細胞等難以在常規平面附著,需要包被膠原作為促進細胞貼壁的基質,所以膠原包被常常在原代細胞和干細胞2D培養中發揮著重要作用。

與之相比,由膠原蛋白配置的3D固體凝膠形成的三維立體網狀結構,能更真實地模擬體內組織結構及微環境,滿足復雜細胞組織間相互作用,為細胞提供更好的生長和分化條件。因此,細胞3D培養比傳統2D培養的應用前景更為廣泛,3D培養主要用于以下幾個方面:
